​​Processing Time
Ready to ship garlands will be processed and mailed within 24 hours. For custom garlands  please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Shipping Timeframe
Once your garland is completed, we will email you a tracking number.  When providing a "request by" date please considering add a 1-2 day buffer to help account for any potential carrier delays and to ensure your order arrives as smoothly as possible.

Weather Delays
While we always do our best to ship on time, inclement weather or unexpected carrier issues may occasionally cause delays that are out of our control. If this happens, rest assured we are actively monitoring your shipment and will do everything we can to get your garland to you as quickly as possible.
