Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.
Production Timeline
Custom garlands may take up to 10 business days to complete. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days as a cushion for unexpected delays. During peak seasons (holidays, spring, and summer), turnaround times may be extended.
Weather & Delivery Delays
Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery or installation timelines. While we do our best to meet all deadlines, Door Candy Dallas cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside of our control.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required to begin all custom orders.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled before production begins for a partial refund. Once materials are purchased or production has started:

Our garlands are designed for outdoor use but may be affected by:

Prolonged sun exposure
Door Candy Dallas is not responsible for normal wear and tear after delivery or installation. Proper care will help extend the life of your garland.
Installation (If Applicable)
