Coverage

Vickerman Company warrants its trees against manufacturer-only defects in materials or workmanship for ten (10) years. This warranty applies only to trees purchased new and sealed in their original carton. Please read this warranty carefully and familiarize yourself with its restrictions and requirements.

Remedy

Manufacturer-defective parts will be repaired or replaced. Proof of purchase is required.

Use & Conditions

• Tree is not for outdoor use unless specifically stated on the product.

• Keep away from heat and moisture.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear. In these cases, parts can be purchased for a reasonable fee plus shipping charges.

How to Obtain Service

If service is required, return the defective part/section with all of the following:

• A copy of the dated sales receipt with the store name noted (mandatory)

• The product UPC code

• Your address and phone number

If you discard the original box, retain the UPC code in case warranty service is required.
